Our Spring Auction is Finally Here!

This Friday come prepared to kick it up a notch and celebrate Mardi Gras in style.

We'll have great cajun/creole food, a Jazz trio, an open bar, our signature Hurricane drink, and well over a hundred items to bid on in both our Silent and Live Auctions. Our Auction Catalog will be printed and distributed on Wednesday.

Click here for the online list of auction items. There are still some items that will be added and some additional information about the existing items that will be included. These changes will be updated, online, over the next few days.

Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets. We have bested last year's attendance by quite a bit. It's going to be a great night!

For those unable to make the Auction, please consider submitting an absentee bid for any of the Live Auction items. If you are interested, please contact your room parents.

Cheers, the PDNPA

6:00pm Registration / Check-in (Bar, Food & Silent Auction--open)
When you arrive, please stop at the check-in table to receive your name badges & bidder numbers.
If you'd like to purchase a Wine Raffle ticket you can do so at this time.

The Silent Auction will be officially open for exploring and bidding. And the band, bar and food service will also commence.  We will have plenty of passed finger foods, including vegetarian options, in addition to some items on tables for easier access. Food service will continue throughout the entire Silent Auction portion into the Live Auction.

After 6:30
Our check-in table will close, but if you arrive later please find a Board member or look for Robin or Kristen to help direct you to one of us.

7:30-8:15 Silent Auction closes
Our Auctioneer, Damon, will begin announcing the end of the Silent Auction by closing out tables and groups of items. If you really want an item, keep your eye and ear out for these announcements. There may be an opportunity to sneak in a bid at the last minute!

8:15 Live Auction & Dessert / Coffee service
The Live Auction portion of the evening will focus on the items listed in the Auction Catalog under "Live Auction". It's a lively time and even if you aren't bidding on these items, it's fun to watch. And, as per tradition, the Mandarin "Jackson Pollacks" will be up for grabs.
You also don't want to miss the beignets!!

9:30 - 10:00 Check out
At this time, if you have purchased an item at the auction, including your child's artwork, please stop by the check-out table to:
